Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead strategic brand growth in a dynamic and fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Marketing Plan, calendar, and budgets
Create engaging content across digital and traditional platforms
Manage photoshoots, video production, and creative asset design
Generate leads via Google Ads, social media, and digital channels
Lead PR and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence
Analyze performance metrics and make strategic recommendations
Identify new marketing opportunities across platforms and media

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management
Strong project marketing and stakeholder engagement background
Experience in construction, development, or real estate (highly desirable)
Expertise in digital marketing and content creation
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or Communications
