Responsibilities

Lead strategic finance initiatives across Finance, IT, and Shared Services.
Identify and drive improvements in finance processes, systems, and reporting.
Develop and manage project plans ensuring timelines and budgets align with business priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage resources.
Champion continuous improvement in finance processes across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years experience leading financial or project initiatives.
Deep understanding of finance processes, reporting, and systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a results-driven approach.
