Join our team as a Cadillac Sales Consultant and play a pivotal role in representing and expanding Cadillac's presence in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assess visitor needs with confidence
  • Provide detailed product information
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales experience and exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous premium/luxury brand and EV experience desirable
  • Strong understanding of vehicle features and technology
  • Proficiency in digital CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer service
