Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing freight bookings, dispatch scheduling, inventory coordination, and liaising with suppliers and clients for on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatches and freight bookings
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and project managers
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation
Monitor transport performance and cost efficiency
Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock

Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain
Forklift license required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
