Job Description

As the Sales Head for a SAAS company in the APAC region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and leading a high-performing sales team for HRTech products.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable SaaS sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

2. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing B2B SaaS sales team.

3. Identify new market opportunities and drive customer acquisition.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

5. Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, 3+ years leading SaaS sales teams. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, negotiation skills, analytical mindset. Mindset: Outcome-driven, continuous learner, customer-obsessed.
