Join Minor Hotels as a National Sales Manager focused on Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) and Group business development across 65+ properties in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute national MICE & Groups sales strategies
Grow and manage key client accounts
Lead proactive business development
Collaborate with hotel and revenue teams
Represent Minor Hotels at trade shows and industry events
Maintain accurate CRM records
Conduct regular client reviews and site visits
Support event operations
Contribute market insights

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in tourism industry
Proven track record in driving sales growth
Exceptional communication abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience working collaboratively
