Join our team at Angourie Resort as a Food and Beverage Manager and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Resort General Manager, you will guide the Food and Beverage Team across multiple facilities and events to delivery an exceptional experience for all team members and resort guests. Key responsibilities include:

Ensure memorable guest dining experiences
Work with Head Chef and Resort Management to create industry-leading outlets and functions
Maintain positive working culture
Complete rosters and orders efficiently
Conduct regular team meetings and manage risks promptly
Comply with food safety laws and responsible service of alcohol

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have experience managing Food and Beverage departments in hospitality settings, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to improving guest experiences.
