Yamba Golf and Country Club is seeking a dedicated Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of various club functions, weddings, corporate gatherings, and sporting events.
Respond promptly to event inquiries, generate event proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate major club events, liaise with kitchen and beverage teams, collaborate with marketing for event promotion, manage event operations meetings, coordinate staff and suppliers, maintain event documentation, source sales leads.
Minimum 3 years' experience in event planning or venue coordination, multi-venue or sporting event experience preferred, proficiency in event booking software, ability to manage partnerships with suppliers, exceptional organizational and time management skills, flexible work availability.
