Job Description

Build Co Projects Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-tracked commercial/industrial project in Wodonga. This is a contract role starting early June through to December 2025, with full-time site responsibility from establishment to handover.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for all day-to-day site operations – leading subcontractors, enforcing WHS compliance, maintaining programme, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll work closely with the Director and Project Coordinator to align site activity with programme targets, procurement milestones, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in a Site Manager role (commercial/industrial projects)
  • End-to-end lifecycle delivery – from site establishment to handover
  • Experience managing warehouse builds or office fitouts
  • Strong coordination with Project Managers and consultant teams

Qualifications & Skills:

  • White Card
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Trade background (Carpentry preferred)
  • Strong site leadership and subcontractor management
  • Solid HSEQ/WHS knowledge
  • Public Liability Insurance (preferred)

Tech Proficiency:

  • Procore (required)
  • MS Project, SignOnSite (preferred)
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Confident using tablets, PDFs, mobile-based site tools
