Job Description

LJ Hooker Wollongong is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio across the Illawarra region.

Responsibilities

Manage a well-established commercial property portfolio
Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinate leasing, inspections, and property maintenance
Contribute to the growth of the commercial division

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in commercial property management (preferred)
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Ability to work proactively and manage time efficiently
