Job Description

Join Onsite Rental Group as a Team Leader in the FIFO role based in Wangkatjungka, Western Australia. Lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing, and repairs are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximize equipment availability & reliability
Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan
Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
Conduct equipment servicing and repairs
Action non-compliant behavior and investigate incidents
Contribute to a positive safety culture, and the achievement / maintenance of our 'Destination Zero'
Report all hazards, incidents and near misses

Qualifications

A mechanical trade qualification
Experience in leading teams (either directly or indirectly) and managing service demand
Sound planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to problem solve and be flexible
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage cost in line with budgets
