Job Description

Lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing, and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.

Responsibilities

Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximize equipment availability & reliability
Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures
Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
Conduct equipment servicing and repairs

Qualifications

Mechanical trade qualification
Experience in leading teams and managing service demand
Sound planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to problem solve and be flexible
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage cost in line with budgets
