  • Create a lasting and positive first impression of Birdeye for prospects
  • Articulate the value proposition of Birdeye effectively to prospects
  • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns for new prospects
  • Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring
  • Manage prospecting status and data integrity in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of B2B work experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven problem-solving approach and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
