Responsibilities

  • Provide site-level administrative support
  • Maintain office supplies, schedules, and correspondence
  • Support onboarding of new staff
  • Organise filing systems and maintain accurate data entry
  • Prepare reports and handle enquiries
  • Collaborate with Work Leaders and Site Managers
  • Contribute to safety and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration or business support roles
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
