Join TheirCare as an OSHC Area Manager for the Logan & Surrounds region. Lead operations, mentor teams, and drive exceptional outcomes in the childcare industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and enhance embedded practice across services
Implement TheirCare programming, safety, quality, and compliance
Coach and mentor teams for improvement and knowledge sharing
Manage rostering, financials, and community engagement
Plan to support child outcomes in service

Qualifications

Experience in OSHC or childcare industry
Area Manager experience
Knowledge of industry processes and Regulations
Understanding of National law & Regulation
Familiarity with National Quality Standard
Positive attitude with desire for change
ACECQA approved qualification
Current first aid certification
Valid driver's license
