Join Ingram Micro as a Senior HR Business Partner working from our office in Rosebery. You will collaborate with senior leaders on various HR initiatives, contribute to business strategy, and lead projects focused on employee experience within Australia.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders on HR initiatives
Contribute to business strategy by identifying and prioritizing organizational capabilities
Implement change management strategies to support business transformations
Lead HR Calendar events including performance reviews and talent reviews
Develop one HR team that collaborates efficiently across all HR areas

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in HR
10-15 years of progressive HR experience
Proven success in HRBP role with focus on ER matters
Experience leading change initiatives and delivering HR projects
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
