Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation
  • Motivate team to achieve results in KPIs and added value targets
  • Monitor sales to achieve targets and manage wage costs
  • Coach and mentor team for high morale and individual development
  • Manage OH&S and adhere to legislation

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Driven attitude with a passion for leadership
  • Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
  • Experience with stock control and visual merchandising
