Join Penrite as a Sales Development Manager covering the South Coast region from Wollongong to Nowra, Pambula, and Eden. Drive growth, maintain relationships, and explore new business opportunities in the automotive and oil industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives
Drive growth across existing accounts and identify new opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Deliver on KPIs and margin targets with consistency
Attend key events and represent Penrite with pride

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in field territory sales (automotive/oil industry preferred)
Proven success in business development and hitting sales KPIs
Strong relationship and customer service skills
Familiarity with retail environments (planograms, merchandising, etc.)
Based in or around Wollongong
Flexibility for occasional overnight travel and weekend events
