Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and perform maintenance
Maintain safety, orderly, and clean working environment
Develop and conduct training on equipment operations
Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair equipment

Qualifications

4-6 years of previous customer service experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic mechanical aptitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform basic math and solve simple equations
