Responsibilities

Managing construction program for a lifestyle retirement village in Hervey Bay.

Ensuring safety on site with up to 100 contractors.

Allocation of materials and trades to job sites for timely construction.

Inspecting completed work for quality assurance.

Completing homes on time and within budget.

Ensuring construction is safe and compliant.

Liaising with customers and council for excellent service.

Completing necessary documentation during building process.

Qualifications

Building Trade Certificate or Construction Management education.

Experience in Multi-residential living construction planning.

Strong project management skills.

Knowledge of building methods, materials, and standards.

Proactive problem-solving abilities.
