Job Description

The Customer Service Manager oversees auction administration processes and manages human resources for sale day operations, serving as the primary contact for customers before, during, and after sale days.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and profitability by monitoring costs and staffing levels
  • Create an environment of exceptional customer service
  • Hire, coach, and train team members
  • Ensure team knowledge of systems and processes
  • Manage auction supplies, process documents, and maintain systems
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • DMV document processing experience preferred
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of DMV rules and regulations
