Job Description

Join Uniting as a Recovery Support Services Coordinator to lead a new program supporting flood-affected communities in Western NSW. This role involves establishing and growing the Recovery Support Service program within the Children and Families Western NSW team.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and coordination of the new service
Provide supportive supervision and leadership for the team
Collaborate with stakeholders to build referral pathways
Support participants through trauma-informed casework
Manage budgets and reporting
Travel as needed to provide on-the-ground support

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences or related field
2+ years of team coordination experience
Knowledge of child protection and trauma-informed practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
