Job Description

Join LagardereAWPL as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and lead financial excellence in a dynamic environment. Be a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial plans, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
Lead Payroll operations and ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide financial modelling, pricing strategies, and commercial support
Formulate and implement IT strategy for improved performance
Build and mentor high-performing teams
Engage with stakeholders and represent the company with external partners

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification
Minimum 8 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles
Background in retail, travel, or consumer goods sectors preferred
Strong commercial acumen and strategic financial planning skills
Expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and compliance
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
