Lead the development of people experience systems and culture at Slice, a travel payments company focused on accessibility and innovation.

Responsibilities

Design and own hiring, recognition, and retention systems
Shape employee journey and performance frameworks
Partner with leadership on organizational structure
Create a culture of clarity, trust, and learning
Lead special projects and people operations strategy

Qualifications

Experience building HR systems in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High standards, resourcefulness, and ownership mentality
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Previous experience in software or tech businesses a plus
