Job Description

Join Tyro as a Talent Partner and work closely with business leaders and People Partners to deliver great people outcomes. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, maintain talent pools, implement best practices for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and support talent projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various teams
Work closely with People Partners on key initiatives
Build and maintain talent pools
Implement best practices for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Track recruitment SLAs and hiring metrics
Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders
Support talent projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Talent Partner
Experience managing high-volume recruitment
Strong sourcing skills
Data-driven mindset
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for candidate experience and Employer Brand
Previous ATS experience
