Job Description

Stamford Plaza Melbourne is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team and lead the dining space. This role involves coordinating team operations, training staff, and ensuring high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate team in accordance with standard operating procedures
Train staff on performance standards, menus, and product knowledge
Coordinate operations of bar, room service, breakfast buffet, and banquets
Handle guest complaints following hotel procedures
Prepare fortnightly rosters

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in the hotel industry
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management (highly desirable)
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
