Job Description

Join the Pier One Sydney Harbour team as a Sales Coordinator, overseeing the day to day functions of the Sales team and working closely with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Enter and verify information in sales software
Answer guest questions
Monitor and nurture opportunities
Serve as the point of contact for clients
Develop and maintain positive working relationships

Qualifications

Warm & welcoming demeanor
Wedding planner experience
Personable communication skills
Availability to work on Saturdays
