Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and guide a team
Effective rostering and forecasting
Oversee food preparation and presentation
Identify training needs and provide coaching
Provide exceptional customer service
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock
Uphold health and safety guidelines
Drive profitability and achieve KPIs
Build strong relationships with suppliers

Qualifications

2-5 years of hospitality experience
Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Strong leadership abilities
Experience achieving KPIs and driving profitability
Experience in a high-volume environment
