Job Description

Join Ubisoft as a Community Advocacy Manager to build and engage a network of advocates within the gaming community. Collaborate with various teams to enhance player experiences and bridge the gap between development and players.

Responsibilities

Advocacy Program Implementation:

Develop and execute a structured Advocacy Community Program
Collaborate with Community Developer and Content Creator Managers
Identify, coordinate, and deliver opportunities in Discord

Community Engagement & Event Management:

Provide, deliver & follow-up in Discord on Local Opportunities/Rewards
Devise and manage contests & events
Plan, organize, and execute local events

Advocacy Program Engagement, Moderation & Reporting:

Create a positive environment across community platforms
Respond promptly to advocates inquiries
Act as a bridge between advocates network and internal teams

1:1 Social Media Engagement:

Engage with players across social media platforms
Develop relationships with players and influencers
Relay messaging effectively and create reports on community health

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience in community management within entertainment or gaming industries
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
Experience with user moderation in digital/online environments
Strong understanding of social media services and trends
Background as a knowledgeable gamer
Excellent communication skills
