Job Description

Seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join a dynamic team at Bizessence. Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent, as well as contributing to business development efforts and managing non-technical hiring.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and contract hiring needs
  • Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and schedule interviews
  • Maintain candidate database and stay updated on industry trends
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
  • Review recruitment-related RFPs and assist in drafting responses

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical and non-technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of various roles and skillsets
  • Experience in business development and proposal drafting
