Repserve, a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for a distinguished manufacturer of office seating solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in the office furniture or interior design industry in Australia.
  • Extensive network of relevant contacts within the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
