Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries regarding trading, investing, superannuation, and pensions.
  • Provide troubleshooting support on the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests.
  • Cultivate client relationships to build trust and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in client services or associate advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of retail superannuation and investment practices.
  • Experience in SLA-driven environments.
  • Tertiary degree in a business-related field or RG146 accreditation preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
