Identifying content ideas. Conducting small-scale research. Assisting in conducting large research studies. Analysing data and combining data sources into reports. Drafting social posts to share research findings. Creating short summaries to promote new content. Monitoring media opportunities and coordinating responses. Tracking content performance. Experiment with AI tools to support work.
1-2 years of relevant experience. Passion for technology. Strong analytics, interpretive, & problem-solving skills. Familiarity with pivot tables and other tools for data analytics and visualization. Strong written communication. Ability to prioritize numerous projects concurrently. Aptitude for learning new tools and skills. Experience working in a remote-first environment.
