Join our team at Padstow, NSW Dulux Trade Centre as the Store Manager, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the store through customer, staff, and sales focused tasks.

Responsibilities

Managing store financials, KPIs, and stock levels
Championing customer service excellence
Building strong relationships with the Dulux Field Sales Representative
Training, motivating, and upskilling the team
Maintaining high health and safety standards

Qualifications

Proven retail management experience
Ability to drive store performance through team coaching
