Responsibilities

  • Maintain company's Inventory and purchasing databases
  • Create work orders for the assembly team
  • Work with receiving team for goods receipt
  • Match payment invoices against purchase orders
  • Assist with invoicing inquiries and payment processing
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and support business objectives

Qualifications

  • Purchasing experience in manufacturing industry
  • Customer service and administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
