Join W Hotel's team as a BTWN Host where you will create unique and vibrant experiences for guests in our BTWN venue.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests
Communicate with waiting team and management
Provide menus and answer initial questions
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
Respond to complaints and resolve them
Assist with phone calls, reservations, and queries
Provide excellent customer service
