Lead brand strategy for a global aesthetics leader across Australia and New Zealand.
Develop and execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives and national campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support clinic performance across ANZ.
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including creative development, print production, and in-clinic execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Provide hands-on marketing support for new clinic launches, events, and promotional activations in collaboration with Franchisee Partners and Regional Managers.
Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver social media, PR, and influencer activity aligned to the marketing calendar.
Analyse campaign results, competitor activity, and market trends to report on performance and guide future strategy.
Build strong relationships across the business and franchise network to ensure effective communication and consistent brand execution.
5+ years of brand marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience within beauty, aesthetics, or retail industries (franchise experience a bonus).
Tertiary qualifications in marketing (highly regarded).
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
High emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and detail orientation.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
